About the Exam:
Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination is a national level competitive exam done across the all states and union territories of India. The Exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. It is central service examination comes under Group C Non-Gazetted level. The Pay for the positions is from Rs 5200 to 20200 + Grade Pay Rs 1800 revised with 7th CPC.

Nationality: The candidates should be citizen of India or Subject of Nepal or Bhutan.
The candidates are not born before 02-08-1994 and after 01-08-2001. Ie.. The age of candidates should between 18 to 25. And the upper age relaxation is available for SC/ST candidates up to 5 years, For OBC candidates up to 3 years, for PwD candidates 10 years for unreserved, 13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST.
The candidates should pass 10th class or Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Candidates can select examination centers based on the region-wise. The Region (states) & its Examination centre cities list as follows

For Women, SC/ST, Persons with Disabilities and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted to pay application fee.
For other candidates, they have to pay Rs.100/- application fee using Credit / debit cards, net banking or Challan of any SBI branch.

- Click on Registration.
- Fill the details of personal, academic and contact information.
- Select the examination centre.
- Upload the photograph & signature with required size & format.
- Pay the Application Fee.
- Submit the application.

Short Essay/Letter in English or in any language
Basics of English Language, its vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms and its correct usage, etc. and writing ability would be tested
General Intelligence and Reasoning
similarities and differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observation, relationship concepts, figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series
Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions and relationship between Numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, use of Tables and Graphs, Mensuration, Time and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work
Candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions will also be designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person
Hindi, English and in other languages (TIER II)
Candidates will be required to write one short essay/ letter

Download the admit card by login into the website and the admit card contains Candidate Name, Address, Registration Id, Roll Number, Time , Date and Venue of the Examination.
Based on the scores of Tier I examination, the candidates are shortlisted for Tier II examination. Finally based on the examinations & interview the candidates gets offer letters by the committee.
